1. General Provisions

The Social Unicorns ("we," "us," or "our") provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to content creation, social media management, website development, and digital marketing consultations. It is hereby explicitly stated that all services offered by The Social Unicorns are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant time, effort, and resources from our team, all fees paid for services rendered or to be rendered by The Social Unicorns are non-refundable. This policy applies to all our service packages and individual service offerings.

3. Service Commencement and Delivery

Upon commencement of a service agreement, The Social Unicorns begins the execution of services as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or service proposal. Clients acknowledge that by entering into a service agreement, they are committing to the full payment of the agreed-upon fees, regardless of the stage of service delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, assets, and feedback required for the successful completion of services. Delays or failures in providing these elements may impact the service delivery timeline but do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Service Modifications and Cancellations

While refunds are not provided, in exceptional circumstances, modifications to service agreements may be considered at the sole discretion of The Social Unicorns. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Cancellations of service agreements by the client do not result in refunds.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the services provided, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be subject to the governing law as stated in our Terms of Service.   

 

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, India.   

 

8. Acknowledgement

By engaging The Social Unicorns for services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Non-Refundable Policy. It is the client's responsibility to fully understand these terms prior to entering into a service agreement.
